Organization:
-10x10 Box
-Players inside box, each with a ball.
- 3 Different cone gate colors at minimun, make them progressively smaller in width and amount.
Instructions:
-Players dribble around the box trying to avoid collisions with the other players.
-Players also want to make sure they keep the ball inside the box.
-Players race to get through as many gates as possible before the color change is called by coach or predetermined amount of gates is reached.
-When 1st player finished, player places their foot on top of the ball to let the Coach know they have finished.
-Rest of the players have ten seconds to finish their touches once a player has won.
Coaching Points:
- Ball close enough to the body, but not caught up under their feet
- Head up, avoid collisions and find open space
- Dribble with good speed
- Accellerate away from pressure
- Timing of move
Progressions:
-Change either amount or time or alternate color sequence ( Red, White, Yellow etc.)

Organization:
- 3-4 Grids set at 10x20 yards
- 2-3 Players in each line
- Each Player with a ball
Instructions:
- 1 Player from each side will enter the grid dribbling at the set of cones.
- Players will perform a move at the cones and finish his run to the opposite line.
Coaching Points:
- Ball close enough to the body, but not caught up under their feet
- Head up, avoid collisions and find open space
- Dribble with good speed
- Accellerate away from pressure
- Timing of move
- Messi/Ronaldo Touches
Progressions:
- Remove center cones, add a 3 yard gate to each end. Players play 1v1 to goal, fully opposed.

Organization:
- 3-4 Grids set at 10x20 yards
- 2-3 Players in each line
- Balls start on one end
Instructions:
- Play starts by attacker dribbling in to the grid
- Players score 2 points by dribbling through the middle of the gate. Can score 1 point just by getting over the endline

- Head up, avoid collisions and find open space
- Dribble with good speed
- Accellerate away from pressure

Organization:
- 30x35 yards
- 2 teams, 6 players each team.
- Endzones set at each end of the field
Instructions:
- Conditioned game, 4v4 or 6v6
- Players score by dribbling across the endzone
-No "Forward Passing"

- Accellerate away from pressure
Progressions:
-Number Players, Call Out #'s to oppose/pressure Head To Head. Create 1v1,2v2,3v3,4v4's
- Add normal goals and move to scrimmage

Organization:
-4v4 Small-sided tournament games: 3 teams of 4 players each team. 1 field of 30x40 yards
Instructions:
-Players split into 3 teams (3 different pennie colors) of 4 and play 2 minute or Golden Goal games, winner stays on, losing team comes off & resting team comes on to play winning team. Team coming on gets to start the new game. This allows games to be short and sharp and keeps the tempo of the sessions and games high.
Coaching Points:
-Review of session's learning outcomes being translated into the game
- 3 lines of attack
- Creating diamond (gives angles of support)
- Making diamond as big as possible (Creating space)
- Identifying any chances to combine

-Add rule #1, If a player collides with another player or dribbles outside of the square, their score goes back to 0
-Rule #2, If a player can take a Ronaldo Touch through two players forming a gap, they add 5 points to their score.
